Mindsuckers is a series of stories about nature’s horrifying dramas such as rats that do not get feared by cats, or wasps injecting her eggs into living bodies of insects. The mouse-scrolling interface let viewers have a similar feeling to seamless page turning experience. Every parallax movement which is delicately calculated and planned gives a strong enticement by producing depths in the screen.
National Geographic won a silver medal by Society for News Design in the Use of Multimedia category for this piece in 2015. I participated in this project as a lead UX designer and developer.
